Yin Yoga
Deep de-compressing and releasing. Yin Yoga consists of several gentle poses held three to ten minutes each in order to access each bone, joint, ligament, connective tissue and fascia.
After ridding physical/emotional environmental stress and toxins and feeling fully opened and relaxed, seated meditation is followed.

Private sessions are highly recommended
to refine your own practice, either you are
a beginner or a seasoned yogi.

- Posture alignment session: Get out of bad habits built over time, or solve the problems of feeling crooked.
- Specific agenda (i.e. inversions, hip openings, injuries, chronic pains and diseases,depressions)
- Lighten up/healing session : Specifically designed for YOU to heal your body, mind and soul. Singing bowl sound healing is available.
- Corporate session: Small group yoga/meditation either at your office or my space at Fremont.

Funtional Fitness Class
Do you want to be strong and supple, but your gym is too boring and too sore? Because you are only using the isolated parts of body at a time and your weight is too heavy that you are actually harming yourself.
Functional Fitness class is designed to carry through your everyday life more energetically and strongly. We start with no weight air squat, then move on to fundamental movements to get you fit and strong. The workout is short, fun and intense, and we wine down with long stretching at the end.

Kids/Family Yoga
Bring your child, weather he/she is an infant or 15 years old.. We will all mingle together on the yoga mat! Drop in $15

Power Yoga
Accessing upper and lower body strength, core, hip openings, and back bending postures. Fun, challenging, “yang” style of practice.
Currently I am not offering this style of yoga as a group class. If you are interested, I can refer the studios which have good Power Yoga or offer private sessions.
Bikram (Hot) Yoga
Set sequence of 2 breathing exercises and
26 postures done in 90 minutes in the
heated room. Heat promotes muscle relaxation, detoxification, cardio vascular effect. Poses are fairly simple and the classes are meditative and intense.
